Momma's Potato Salas

  1. rinse, chop, and boil potatoes until tender.
  2. place drained potatoes in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. hard boil the eggs.
  4. peel, chop, and toss in the large bowl with the chopped potatoes.
  5. mix in relish, mayo, and mustard to large bowl.
  6. add more mayo or mustard to taste.
  7. mix in meat tenderizer and cover.
  8. place in fridge for at least an hour befre serving.
  9. note: chopped celery and onions can be added if desired.
