Momma's Potato Salas
- 6 large potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup dill relish
- 2 cup mayo
- 1 oz mustard
- 1 tbsp meat tenderizer
- rinse, chop, and boil potatoes until tender.
- place drained potatoes in a large bowl and set aside.
- hard boil the eggs.
- peel, chop, and toss in the large bowl with the chopped potatoes.
- mix in relish, mayo, and mustard to large bowl.
- add more mayo or mustard to taste.
- mix in meat tenderizer and cover.
- place in fridge for at least an hour befre serving.
- note: chopped celery and onions can be added if desired.
