What a Peach of a Martini!

• 1 12 ounces vodka
• 1 12 ounces peach schnapps
• splash champagne
• 1 slice peach
• peach juice (optional)
• sugar (optional)

1. If you are using the peach juice/sugar, dip the rim of the martini glass in the peach juice and then in the sugar (like a margarita with salt).
2. Chill glass in freezer.
3. Pour vodka, peach schnapps, and champagne into a shaker with ice.
4. Shake well until blended and strain into chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with peach slice and enjoy!
