Asparagus & Brie Bruschetta With Honey, Garlic & Lemon D

  1. Arrange bread on a baking paper lined baking tray.
  2. Combine oil and garlic.
  3. Brush evenly over each slice of bread.
  4. Bake slices of bread in a hot oven 200C for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  5. Top each base with an equal amount of asparagus.
  6. Top with slice of cheese.
  7. Prepare Dressing - Whisk all ingredients together, set aside.
  8. Return bruschetta to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
  9. Serve immediately, drizzled with a little dressing.
  10. Enjoy!
