Baby Carrots In Herb Vinegar Recipe

  1. Place carrots, water and lemon juice in small saucepan.
  2. Cover and simmer 5 min.
  3. Remove cover, increase heat to high and cook, stirring, till liquid evaporates (5 min).
  4. Turn heat down.
