Chef-Boy-I-Be-Illinois' Turkey Burgers With Mushroom Gravy

  1. Thoroughly combine ground turkey, 1/2 envelope soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sage.
  2. Shape into 2 oval patties 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Brown both sides in olive oil.
  4. Add chicken stock, wine, mushrooms and remaining soup mix.
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until patties are cooked through.
  6. Remove patties and add corn starch mixture to liquid until the gravy thickens up.
  7. May have to add more or less to your preference.
