Skye's grits and eggs
- 1 cup grits
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cup water
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 5 large eggs
- 1/3 cup margarine
- Mix the grits salt and sugar together
- Add water and margarine bring to a boil cook covered stirring occasionally till most of the liquid is absorbed keep covered remove from heat for 10 minutes
- Take the five eggs beat them add margarine to the pan let melt coverd add the eggs let them spread across the pan evenly cover
- When the eggs start to have bubbles uncover and stir breaking them up
- When done about 5 minutes total serve with grits
