Fudgy Black Bean Brownies

  1. In a food processor combine the black beans, dates, almond butter and vanilla.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Mix in the cocoa powder and chia seeds, blend until smooth.
  4. Add the almond milk if too dry.
  5. (if the cocoa powder doesn't mix in).
  6. Spread into a 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 200 degrees F.
  8. Cool and cut into squares.
