Reduced Fat Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350EsF.
  2. Line muffin tins with liners.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl blend cake mix, water, butter, eggs.
  4. beat with a hand mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into lined muffin tin no more than 2/3 full.
  6. bake for 19 to 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Note: Some recipes may use more or less water.
  8. Check the cake mix box, see how much water it needs, then half that.
