No-Cook Strawberry-Banana Jam - CERTO Liquid

  1. Crush strawberries, one layer at a time.
  2. Measure exactly 2-1/2 cups prepared strawberries into large bowl.
  3. Peel and mash bananas.
  4. Measure exactly 1 cup prepared bananas into bowl with strawberries.
  5. Add sugar; mix well.
  6. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Add liquid pectin and lemon juice to fruit mixture; stir 3 min.
  8. or until sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
  9. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
  10. Fill all containers immediately to within 1/2 inch of tops.
  11. Wipe off top edges of containers; immediately cover with lids.
  12. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
  13. Refrigerate or freeze no-cook jams.
