Cowboy Casserole
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cr of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cup frozen tater tots
- 1 chopped onions
- Preheat oven to 375
- cook hamburger meat and onions in a skillet.
- stir in corn, soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder and pepper.
- layer casserole dish with tater tots and layer with meat mixture, top with tater tots and cheese.
- bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes
