Seafood Crostini Appies

  1. Cut the baguette into 1/2-inch slices and toast on a baking sheet at 425 degrees F for about 5-7 minutes, until brown.
  2. Set aside and let them cool.
  3. Combine lemon rind and juice, sour cream, chives, parsley and salt and pepper (I blend mine in The Bullet).
  4. Pour over crab chunks, and get in there and squish it all together with your hands.
  5. Mix cream cheese and seafood sauce together.
  6. Spread each baguette slice generously with the cream cheese seafood spread.
  7. It really is the kicker in this dish.
  8. Then top with the crab mix.
  9. Note: to really impress, top each one with a shrimp.
