Barbecued Beef Sandwiches For A Crowd Recipe

  1. Place briskets in a large roasting pan.
  2. Combine barbecue sauce and water; pour over meat.
  3. Cover tightly and bake at 325 for 4 to 4 1/2 hrs or possibly till fork-tender.
  4. Remove meat from juices; cold.
  5. Skim fat from juices.
  6. Thinly slice meat; return to pan and heat in juices.
  7. Serve on buns.
