Savory Pork Chops

• 4 pork chops
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 14 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper
• 14 teaspoon dry mustard
• 14 cup oil
• 14 cup water
• 14 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 2 tablespoons orange marmalade

1. Season pork chops, and dust with flour.
2. fry in oil.
3. mix remaining ingredients, and pour on pork chops.
