Bite-Size Beef Steak with Garlic Soy Sauce
- 450 grams Lean beef chunk (for searing)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/6 tsp Krazy Salt
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Parsley (minced)
- Chop the meat into bite-size pieces.
- Slice the garlic, and stir-fry in butter.
- Remove the garlic, and pan-fry both sides of the meat.
- Sprinkle Krazy Salt, and pour in the brandy.
- Drizzle soy sauce around the perimeter of the pan.
- Sprinkle minced parsley.
- Garnish with lemon if you have some, and give it a squeeze before eating.
- Done.
