Vegetarian Portabella Burger

  1. Take the couscous and put in a bowl.
  2. Pour in the broth and garlic powder.
  3. Remove the mushroom stem and put in the bowl with underside facing up.
  4. Put Gardenbuger on top of the mushroom.
  5. put slices of cheese on top.
  6. (My favorite is fresh Mozzarella.
  7. ).
  8. Microwave everything together for about 1:30 or 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  9. Enjoy!
