Breakfast Pizza

  1. In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off excess fat.
  2. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
  3. Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, with points toward the center.
  4. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust.
  5. Sprinkle with potatoes.
  6. Top with Cheddar and Swiss cheeses.
  7. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crust.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
  9. Bake in a 375u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  10. Serves 4 to 8.
