Crispy Hot Potato Waffle
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft BBQ Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 2), coarsely grated
- 1 hot dog, coarsely grated
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- Heat waffle maker.
- Whisk egg and dressing in medium bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spray waffle maker with cooking spray.
- Add potato mixture; close lid.
- Cook 10 to 12 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Remove to cutting board.
- Cut into 4 pieces to serve.
