Peach Tea Mold

  1. Pour boiling water over tea bags.
  2. Let stand 2 min.
  3. Remove tea bags; discard.
  4. Add tea to dry gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir at least 2 min.
  5. until completely dissolved.
  6. Stir in club soda.
  7. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  8. Stir in peaches.
  9. Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  11. Unmold onto serving plate.
  12. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
