Peach Tea Mold
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 peach herb tea bags
- 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups cold club soda
- 1 can (16 oz.) peach slices, drained, finely chopped
- Pour boiling water over tea bags.
- Let stand 2 min.
- Remove tea bags; discard.
- Add tea to dry gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in club soda.
- Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
- Stir in peaches.
- Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold onto serving plate.
- Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
