Spring OREO Cookie Balls

  1. Mix cream cheese, extract and cookie crumbs until blended.
  2. Shape into 40 (1-inch) egg-shaped balls.
  3. Freeze 10 min.
  4. Meanwhile, spoon 1 Tbsp.
  5. melted chocolate into each of 3 small bowls.
  6. Tint each with a different color food coloring.
  7. Dip balls in remaining (untinted) melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  8. Decorate with tinted chocolate.
  9. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
