One-Pan Tortellini for Two
- 1-1/2 cups refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
- 1 slice bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 3/4 cup frozen baby peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- Cook pasta in medium saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
- Set pasta and reserved water aside.
- Cook bacon in same pan on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min.
- or until bacon is almost done, stirring frequently.
- Add tomatoes, peas and garlic; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until tomatoes begin to soften.
- Add dressing, pasta and reserved cooking water; mix well.
- Cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Top with basil and cheese.
