One-Pan Tortellini for Two

  1. Cook pasta in medium saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
  3. Set pasta and reserved water aside.
  4. Cook bacon in same pan on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min.
  5. or until bacon is almost done, stirring frequently.
  6. Add tomatoes, peas and garlic; cook and stir 4 min.
  7. or until tomatoes begin to soften.
  8. Add dressing, pasta and reserved cooking water; mix well.
  9. Cook 2 to 3 min.
  10. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  11. Top with basil and cheese.
