low carb open-faced BLT

  1. cook bacon and put aside
  2. preheat a clean frying pan on low
  3. slice tomatoes and cucumbers
  4. spread mayonnaise on one side of bread
  5. place bread in preheated pan mayonnaise side down later with ingredients, top with slice of cheese
  6. cover and cook on low until brad is brown and cheese is melted
  7. repeat steps until you complete 6 open faced sandwiches
