Roasted Garlic Chili Sauce

• 5 cup Sweet chili sauce
• 1 cup Pealed garlic
• 1 tsp Sea salt
• 1 tsp Black pepper

1. Roast the garlic in a medium sauce pan in olive oil until soft.
2. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
3. Mix until desired consistency is achieved.
4. Goes well with grilled chicken
