Heart Healthy Italian Rice Pie Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- Place flour and dry ingredients into large bowl.
- Make a well in the center.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- mix well.
- Add in additional flour to make the dough workable.
- Roll and fit dough into 10 inch pie plate, or possibly spring form pan or possibly small individual tarts.
