Turkey and Spinach Breakfast Burrito

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Add olive oil (butter) to pan, turn to med-high heat.
  3. Add turkey (chicken) and greens, chop in pan.
  4. Add eggs, beat in pan.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and Cajun.
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Add mozzarella pearls.
  8. Stir until cheese is melted.
  9. Scoop into line on tortilla shells.
  10. Add picante sauce and wrap up tortilla.
  11. Cut and serve.
