Greek-inspired Salad

  1. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces in a large bowl.
  2. Thinly slice onion and radishes.
  3. Put over lettuce.
  4. Mix GOOD SEASONS according to package directions using malt vinegar and olive oil.
  5. Pour over salad.
  6. Generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Toss lightly.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
