Shish Kabob

  1. Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Combine ingredients to make marinade.
  3. Marinade for several hours.
  4. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare Vegetables.. Dip vegetables in marinade before skewering.
  6. Cook .. use leftover marinade as wash during the cooking process.
