Shish Kabob
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lipton onion Soup Mix
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Dry Sherry
- 1/2 tsp Oregano Flakes
- 1 tsp Fresh Garlic, Minced
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Allspice
- 1 Meat and Vegitables as needed
- Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
- Combine ingredients to make marinade.
- Marinade for several hours.
- Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Prepare Vegetables.. Dip vegetables in marinade before skewering.
- Cook .. use leftover marinade as wash during the cooking process.
