Creamy Cranberry-Apple Pie

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin mix in large bowl 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water and cinnamon.
  4. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk together Neufchatel, sugar, ginger and nutmeg in medium bowl with until smooth; stir in COOL WHIP LITE.
  6. Spread onto bottom of crust.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  8. Stir apples and nuts into thickened gelatin.
  9. Refrigerate 10 to 15 min.
  10. or until set but not firm.
  11. Spoon over Neufchatel layer in crust.
  12. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
