Wasabi and Shiso Rice Balls
- 1 heaping teaspoon Wasabi
- 4 leaves Shiso leaves
- 2 rice bowls-worth Plain cooked rice
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 6 slice Baked seaweed or flavored seaweed
- Dissolve the wasabi in the soy sauce (tube wasabi is also OK), and put the piping hot rice in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the soy sauce wasabi from step one with the rice.
- Finely shred the shiso leaves, and add to the ingredients from Step 2.
- Mix the ingredients together from Step 3, wet your hands with water (or salted water), and make the rice balls.
- Wrap the rice balls with seaweed.
