Easy Cheesy Spinach Bake

• 4 eggs
• 1 container (500 g) cottage cheese
• 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
• 1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
• 1/2 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
• 4 green onions, sliced
• 1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended.
3. Add all remaining ingredients except peppers; mix well.
4. Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Bake 40 min.
6. or until centre is set.
7. Top with peppers.
