Spinach Sesame Salad
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves, torn into bite size pieces if needed
- 12 cup radish, sliced thin
- 12 cup chives, sliced thin
- 12 cup celery, sliced thin
- 12 cup grape tomatoes or 12 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 -2 hard-boiled egg, sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 14 cup paul newman's low-fat sesame ginger salad dressing (or more to taste)
- Place all ingredients except sesame seeds in salad bowl and toss with the Sesame-Ginger salad dressing.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
