Baked Spare Ribs With Special Sauce Recipe
- 600 gm spare ribs
- 50 gm peanut butter
- 50 gm celery
- 50 gm Hong Kong flour
- 100 gm water
- 50 gm HP sauce
- 50 gm sugar
- 1 x little bit of salt
- 100 gm oil
- MethodCLEAN spare ribs and cut them into smaller pcs.
- Cook HP sauce with a bit of oil and water.
- Dish up.
- Blend the celery.
- Place peanut butter, blended celery, salt, cooked HP sauce and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Marinate spare ribs with the above mix for at least 1 hour.
- Add in flour to the ribs and mix well.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry the marinated spare ribs for about three min.
