Pork & Stuffing Supper
- 4 pork loin centre steaks, boneless, 1/2-inch thick, well trimmed (1 lb./450 g) King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
- 3 large carrots, thinly sliced (1-1/2 cups) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 2 large red apples, unpeeled, coarsely chopped (2 cups) King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.87 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- Coat steaks with mustard.
- Heat oil in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add steaks; cook 6 min.
- on each side or until browned and juices run clear.
- Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Add 1-1/2 cups water, dressing and carrots to skillet.
- Cook 8 to10 min.
- or until carrots are tender; adding the apples in the last two min.
- Stir in stuffing mix.
- Return steaks to skillet; cover.
- Turn off heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
