Pork & Stuffing Supper

  1. Coat steaks with mustard.
  2. Heat oil in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add steaks; cook 6 min.
  4. on each side or until browned and juices run clear.
  5. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  6. Add 1-1/2 cups water, dressing and carrots to skillet.
  7. Cook 8 to10 min.
  8. or until carrots are tender; adding the apples in the last two min.
  9. Stir in stuffing mix.
  10. Return steaks to skillet; cover.
  11. Turn off heat.
  12. Let stand 5 min.
