Simmered Red Sole

  1. Remove the scales, head, and guts of the sole.
  2. If it is a large fish, cut it in half.
  3. Put the A) ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the sole and cover with a drop-lid.
  5. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
