Roll Cake for Babies

  1. Mix the milk into a bowl of eggs, add sifted flour into the mixture.
  2. Mix until there are no lumps and then add the melted butter.
  3. Rest the batter in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the butter in a small pan (about 18 cm diameter), cool it on a wet towel.
  5. Pour the batter in the pan, and cook both sides on low heat.
  6. Makes 3 crepes.
  7. Whisk the egg and the sugar together.
  8. Mix in the flour, and add warm milk (warm it by microwaving) little by little.
  9. Transfer the mixture from step 3 into a small pot over low heat, and stir until thickened.
  10. When thickened, remove onto a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
  11. Mix mashed bananas and chopped raisins into the cooled custard cream.
  12. Lay one crepe on a sheet of plastic wrap.
  13. Make layers of custard (1/3 amount)crepecustardcrepecustard.
  14. Roll the crepes up from the side nearest you, and shape it by putting the edge on the bottom.
  15. The cake will be easier to cut if you rest it in the refrigerator.
  16. Cut the ends off and decorate the cake.
