Pepper Jack Skillet Chicken Fajitas
- 1 chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 large green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell southwest-style pepper jack soup
- 8 (8 inch) tortillas
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add chicken; cook until browned.
- Add pepper and onion; cook over medium heat until tender.
- Add Soup and heat thru.
- Spoon 1/2 c mixture down middle of each tortilla.
- Fold tortilla around filling.
