Cool Summer Pasta Nicoise
- 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed, cooked
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 medium red onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 cup halved pitted black olives
- 1 can (170 g) solid white tuna, drained, separated into large chunks
- 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, each cut into 6 wedges
- Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the dressing and eggs; mix lightly.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Top with the eggs.
- Serve immediately.
- Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
