PaPas Cheese Dip
- 4 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Campbell Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 8 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar
- 8 ounces, weight Pepper Jack
- 1/2 whole Sweet Onion
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel With Chili Pepper
- 1/2 cans Milk
- Cut up blocks of cheese into cubes.
- Add cubes and cans of soup in a crock pot set on high.
- Dice up the onion and jalapeno.
- Add to the crock pot.
- Add the Rotel and 1/2 can (use the soup can to measure) milk.
- Let cook for about an hour, breaking up cubes of cheese as they soften.
- You can add in more jalapeno for extra spice or a pound of ground beef to bulk it up.
- Serve with any kind of scoop chip.
- Enjoy.
