Surprise Muffins with OREO

• 2-1/2 qt. OREO Pieces-Medium
• 1 gal. Prepared plain muffin mix batter

1. Stir OREO Pieces into muffin batter.
2. Scoop into 40 greased or paper-lined (2-1/2-inch) muffin cups (or into 8 prepared cups for trial recipe), using #16 scoop.
3. Bake as directed on package until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean.
