Thuvia's Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Combine sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add egg whites and applesauce.
  3. Mix in flours, spices, baking soda and GROUND flaxseed.
  4. Stir in oatmeal, raisins, and whole flaxseeds.
  5. Drop on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper for easy removal.
  6. Flatten cookies with a fork.
  7. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
