Lori's Hot Herbed Shrimp

  1. Combine all.
  2. Let stand 1 hour.
  3. Drain, reserving marinade.
  4. Heat broiler.
  5. Thread shrimp onto soaked wooden skewers.
  6. Broil 2-3 minutes each side, brushing with marinade, or until slightly charred, but not over cooked!
  7. YUM!

shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, fresh cracked pepper, salt, cayenne
