Curry Pizza

  1. Dice the onion, carrot and garlic.
  2. Cut the potato into 5 mm cubes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  4. Tilt the pan and fry the garlic until the aroma is released, taking care not to burn it.
  5. Fry the ground meat and vegetables, then add the red wine, water, ketchup and soup stock granules.
  6. Keep frying until the potatoes are soft.
  7. Finally add the curry roux and bring to a boil.
  8. It should thicken.
  9. In my house, we also use this for making curry bread.
  10. Chill it and roll it into balls, and then wrap with the pizza dough.
  11. You can make curry bread!
  12. Place on basic pizza dough.
  13. Top with cheese and place in the oven.
  14. In my oven, it takes 10-11 minutes at 300C (stone oven mode).
  15. It is lacking in a little green colour, isn't it.
  16. It will look even better with mixed vegetables or asparagus.
