Edwards version Biscuit pizza casserole
- 1 can jumbo butter biscuits
- 1/2 jar pizza sauce
- 1 cup fine shredded mozzerella or more
- 36 pepperoni
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 tsp garlic powder
- follow biscuit can directions for temp.
- spray non sick in a deep metal pan big enough to just fit the biscuits in.place the biscuits on the buttom n push down slightly each biscuit.if there is a leftover biscuit or two cut it into 4 pieces n fill in little holes around the biscuits
- bake just biscuitsfor about 10 minutes NOT until golden.
- pull out biscuits spread pizza sauce all over top then cheese then pepperoni.
- bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melty n pepperoni is crispy..say grace n dig in
- for garlic butter sauce put 3 Tbs butter in microwave safe dish with garlic n salt stir n nuke for like 15 sec let sit for a min then stir in cold 1Tbsp butter..dip eat
