Fake Gazpacho

• 1 (7 ounce) packageprepared mirepoix (chopped fresh celery, carrots and onions)
• 1 (5 1/2 ounce) can vegetable juice (like V8)
• hot sauce, to taste
• salt & pepper, to taste

1. Combine all ingredients, preferably right in the mirepoix package to make things even easier.
2. Done!
