Blackberry lassi recipe
- 300 g (10.6oz) blackberries
- 200 ml (7fl oz) natural yogurt
- 0.5 tsp lemon juice
- 1.5 - 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar, depending on the sweetness of the berries
- 1 cup ice cubes and a few mint leaves, to serve
- Puree together the berries, yoghurt, lemon juice and most of the sugar with 140ml water.
- Sweeten to taste.
- Pour through a sieve into glasses to remove the seeds.
- Serve chilled over ice cubes, with a mint leaf on top for colour and freshness.
