- 4 ounces skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 14 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 tablespoons fat free blue cheese dressing
- Brown chicken in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.
- Place in a baking dish.
- Combine hot sauce, margarine, vinegar, and celery seeds; drizzle over chicken.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Serve with 2 tablespoons of fat free blue cheese dressing.
- Serving Ideas: Serve with 1 cup cooked frozen whole-kernel corn, and prepackage.
