Thai Shrimp Paste Chile Sauce / Naam Prik Kapi

  1. See how are pea eggplants( the green one ),the solanum( yellow eggplants ,taste mildy sour ) ,thai bird eyes chilli (tiny chilli,but so hot )
  2. Use pestel and mortar grind garlic,chilli,pea eggplant
  3. Add grilled shrimp paste,seasoning with fishsauce,lime juice,palm sugar,pound to mix
  4. Add chicken stock,mix well
  5. Done !
  6. Serve with fresh or boil vegetables ,fried mackerel fish ( pla tu )
