Spicy Bruschetta Pork Chops for Two
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 2 boneless pork chops (1/2 lb.), 1 inch thick, butterflied
- 2 Tbsp. (1/4 of pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1 large plum tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chop.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Drain chops; discard dressing.
- Place coating mix in shallow bowl.
- Dip chops in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chop.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Discard any remaining coating mixture.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, remaining dressing, parsley and crushed red pepper.
- Top chops with tomato mixture and cheese.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
