Mushroom Stroganoff

  1. Saute the mushrooms in oil for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add the stock cube and wine.
  3. Dissolve the stock cube.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice.
