Rocky Road Jumbles

  1. Line two baking sheets with nonstick foil.
  2. Place chips in a large microwave safe bowl.
  3. Stir in corn syrup and cream.
  4. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  5. Remove and stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in raisins, marshmallows and nuts.
  7. Using a cookie scoop (or a regular spoon if you don't have one) drop mixture onto prepared sheets.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours to set.
  9. Store in airtight container at room temp for up to two weeks.
