Easy Poultry Gravy
- 4 tbsp. margarine
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Melt margarine in a saucepan.
- Add flour and stir well with a whisk until a thick paste is formed.
- Allow to cook until frothy and bubbly.
- Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
- Slowly add the resulting broth to the paste, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
- Heat until boiling and season with garlic powder and pepper to taste.
